I had apply for the claim for my car, this company employee gives me the wrong information about my file status.
when I apply for the claim. There employee first give me wrong information about the process to follow then when I ask them for the claim they first told me that report is been submitted it will get process within 2 days. after two days when I ask them they told me report is not been submitted due to which claim has not been given.
When I ask about to the survey they had not receive the bill which is been taken by me by the employee of the United India Insurance employee.
And now they are telling me to go and give that bill to the surveyor.
Non of them is doing any thing. just given falls information about the report.
