The worst insurance company I have ever seen. We have to suffer due to mistakes of their employees and associates during claim settlement process.
When there was a final time to disburse claim amount, they called me and told that CNG kit is not endorsed, so first do endorsement and then we can disburse the amount. At that time, they didn't tell that they will deduct 25% from settlement amount.
(Moreover, I bought case second hand and previous owner didn't endorse CNG kit).
The serveryer didn't notice this, the insurance agent didn't notice this and at the time of amount disbursement they raised this issue.
Then I endorsed CNG and got payment after 2-3 week which was 25% lesser than original amount.
