I have my wife's first6 account in mulund West branch of U B I Mumbai but we live in virar and work in vile parle I have got the chance to take services of Virar. Borivali and Vile parle branch wherein I got good support frm virar branch but lady clerks of borivali east and Vile parle east branch started argument that Y I m coming to there branch I should go to mulund branch for even passbook updating work.as they have too much work pressure of their own branch customers.
My gentle questions too bank management is Instead of sending customers to parent branch increase ur efficiency.
