Bad service. Review on Union Bank Of India

Union Bank Of India is a one of the worst bank in India . There maximum services is not good.

We have a saving account in Salt lake Branch of UBI . Size of the bank is small . So, there have gathering many people in small place . So, it is difficult to stay in the bank for long time .

There have no good sitting arrangement for customers .

Staffs of the bank are too slow . They take too many time to count money . There have not installed any machine for counting or checking money .

One time I loss my ATM card . They took almost one months to reissue it.

After any transaction when I want to update my passbook bank staff say I need to wait few hours for checking purpose . This is waste of time of a customer .

Behavior of staff is not good . One time bank manager added unauthorized policy with our account without any permission of account holder .

When I face any problem bank staff or manager ignored to help us .

Some times their updated machine not working properly . So, I am unable to check my latest transaction when need it immediately . In passbook transaction not written in details . So, I am troubling to understand any past transaction .

Onetime my sister withdrawal 4000/- via ATM Card . Then bank charged her 260/- . But, that was her first transaction in that month . As per rule she had 3 free ATM transaction in that month . But, till bank charged her . This is too bad .

As per my bad experience I do not recommend this bank to anyone
