Im customer of union bank of india since 2008 . I had mobile banking sevice to my account but some time it not work properly like . Recently I faced problem 2 times . Like when I going to book movie ticket through mobile banking I recieved some password like before . On previous days it accepted my password but suddenly its shows recently its wrong. Im just shocked . And again I try for 2 times and next time its blocked .
Then.
I decided to call to customer care so I found toolfree number on my debit card but that number is wrong number. I shocked again. Then . I gone to search bank Customer care number in google then I got 2 numbers so ive try that number so its connected before so many selection then when some one pick up the call and the next the call going to disconnected . Its happens on 12 th jan so . Ive try from 12 to 19th then I got connected call finally . And some lady pick the and she answered me like very care less . I think she hate that customer care job . So she told me she will activate my account after 30 mins then after u can use mobile banking . Ok then I said thanks to her . And then I tried after 1 hour then still in deactivated . Ive try next day(20 jan) then same problem repeats. And today 21 jan still. My mobile banking is in deactivated. . What those people are doing in that customer care office. In my life time I felt very bad about this . I dont have time to go bank to complaint this one thats y I posted this one .
