HI friends, I want to share my experience with Union bank of India. I Opend an account in Union bank of India two year ago. while opening account, the bank has insured me without my permission . when I oppose then clerk said that it is rule of our bank. Union bank provide all type of services like ATM, net banking, phone banking but maintenance charge of each services is too high in comparison to other bank . in addition, the interest rate is also lower. without my permission bank has issued a credit card . I was very upset because of this negligence of bank employee . I talked to bank manager but he did not listen to me. I applied for home loan but no action was taken even after 9 month. customer care representative do not response properly. so I got forced to close my bank account. please avoid such type of bank.
