Recently I tried booking a ticket from IRCTC website .but due to server downtime the amount got deducted and the transaction failed. When I called the bank customer care they asked me to wait for 7 working days and after that lodge a complaint if not recieved the refund. After that on 13th I lodged a complaint on Union bank customer care and they said I have to wait again for 7 days, I waited and then when called again they told me to wait for 2 working days avery time when I call they say same thing.Till date no refund has been recieved from bank side.
Now when I call them after some weeks they say amount has already been refunded and complaint is closed.i clearly told them about the deduction but still they did nkt give any refund
