I have a current account for my business from Union Bank. I applied for corporate online banking and got the same after 2 months. Staff at the branch is lethargic and is a big hassle.


However, the online banking system is good. Its simple to use and requires very light bandwidth. Also, most transactions done online are free of charge


I will prefer Union Bank for online transactions.
