Worst staff....worst service....worst bank. Review on Union Bank Of India

I am living in ahmedabad and a account holder of union bank of india. I had horrible experience for end number of times while dealing with UBI bank. The atmosphere of the bank is typically a like government office. you can easily find peon moving here and there but no officals on desk. If you find someone at the first instance you will never able to complete your transaction in single visit. we have to wait for long hours ever for a mobile updation request. The staff is so pathetic that they behave in such a way that we have made a big mistake that we visited the bank for any service. Many of the time they provide misleading information if they dont know how to process the transaction. The UBI staff is very lazy. There were always long que for cash withdrawals. The atms never work. If you apply you personally have to collect the card pin, No courier service like other private banks.

It seems UBI is bank of 70th century.
