I have a saving account in UBI. I like their services but digitally they need to make an approve. I requested to stop SMS alerts from services on UBI Application, it showed error every time. Finally I had to visit rushy branch but after a week they did not stop sms alerts.


There is good options like making fd, rd etc. You get all magnificent services by this bank. Customer support is good but speed work is needed.
