Improvement Needed. Review on Union Bank Of India

Union Bank of India was started in nineties and still now it is been working in India a very good customers and they are planning to improve and had many more branches in every city of India. My father has a Union Bank account and I visit the Union Bank quite often and I know all the related things about Union Bank. First and foremost I would like to tell that the Union Bank services are good but they have to improve on the time period they take to transact one transaction they are quite delayed compared to the other banks in the today's date. They also provide a good amount of interest rate and are very much helpful to poor families and farmers want to take loans for the farming and other loan such as study loans and house loans etc. Talking about the environment of the bank they are making good infrastructure these days but before a couple of years then for structure of the banks was not that good. They used Olden methods like token system and other old methods which are being overtaken to Internet methods. I would like to suggest that the bank has to improve each and every aspect of their banking and should provide Services within a quick span of time which would be helpful for their customers and and if they are planning to add money branches to their account it should be done with lot of responsibility on them so that their banking investment would be done and the bank would have a bright future ahead. The ATM centres and mobile banking and Internet banking is also not up to the mark of Union Bank and they have to improve a lot in the sections as well
