Dear friends,
Just like any 3rd generation youth, i too purchased this product after seeing reviews in websites and after consulting friends and relatives.
When i walked in to showroom i have option of another branded wet grinder with package of Mixer+wet grinder+ cooker for Rs. 5000/- and 5 years of warranty verses Ultra perfect + with no extra attachments or offers but with 10 years warranty for Rs. 8000/-
As i was so impressed by the reviews from websites and feedback from my relatives that i forced myself away from the tempting offer and bought ULTRA PERFECT+ with with high expectations by paying extra price.

First three uses were really good and impressive and we were happy for taking the right decision. When we were using the device for the forth time, the motor got stuck up and drum was not moving at all. So on 24-09-2013 we lodged a complaint on 0422-4241800
The technician took his own sweet time and finally arrived to check the complaint on 18-10-2013
After opening the device he found that one screw which was not fixed properly because of which it got stuck up. He tightened it, closed the device and kept it for observation. Within no time we heard some kind of noise which was not there before. He tried something but the noise won't go. Finally he has to take the device to service center.
Even to this day (19-11-2013)i am still waiting for that wet grinder to comeback hoping everything will be alright. I call him almost every alternate day asking about the status.
First one week: He told me that they were waiting for spare part to come as it is not available in their service center(TIRUPATHI).
Second week: They were trying to fix.
Third week : They got spare part but it is of previous model which can not be fixed to this.
Fourth Week:i.e today They received the spare part but yet fix as he is busy attending to other customer calls.
To concern Ultra mangers : Don't let your customers down by giving such poor quality products and pathetic after sale service. It will only bring down your reputation and make you loose your market share.
Friends i will give the feedback after i receive the serviced product. Thank you for your patience.
