I had a very worst experience with their service. I gave my complient on Thursday, the services guy came on Friday, after checking the mixie he said the chip is not available with him currently he can replace only on Monday. So I waited for four days. On Monday he said he is having office duties so he will come on Thursday only. which means he is asking me to wait for one more day. . Mixie being a basic need for cooking these days with a 2yrs old kid I managed 4days. But with no responsibility and without understanding customers urgency these guys are behaving. I just have one question to them, will your homemades cook without a Mixie for 5days? Very worst experience I had with Ultra.
