Everyone was excited for this movie even before it is released due to the issues with the censor board.
The censor broad asked the filmmakers to cut the scenes which depicts Punjab and the government of Punjab, the abusing language.
So, there are approx 89 cuts that censor board wants in the movie "Udta Punjab" then my question is! After these cuts.
Is there anyone who wants to go and watch the movie in cinemas and waste their money for an incomplete movie? But later on after so much struggle, the censor board had given a clean chit to the movie with only one cut.But later on the movie was leaked on internet and many of us have watched the leaked version before it was released including me But it was illegal and inappropriate for all the film makers who made this movie with passion and hard work to bring such a important issue which people and government is ignoring.
Now let's talk about the movie - According to me "Udta punjab" is very Raw and realistic and depicts the story a drug state in a fun and thrilling way.Shahid kapoor and Alia bhatt steals the show with their amazing acting.Thanks to the, writer and director of the movie "Abhishek Chaubey " for making such a great movie a try to bring some change in our society.
