It was very pathetic night for me, when I book Uber cab from Thiruvanmiyur signal to Velacherry 100 feet road Velacherry 100 feet road.The driver name is Santhanakrishnan and cab number which I remember 8193, driver nmobile number is 729933xxxx(in true caller the name come as Guy Village).Any one should never board this driver cab.He is very rude, unprofessional and the driving in very unsafe.
Now Let me start from the beginning.I booked the cab at 10.10 PM.I waited for the cab for 15 mins with a very big discussion with the cab driver.Finally he came and I started the journey.He went to perungudi(I miss to notice that he has not went from SRP tools road).After he reached Perungudi, he asked me whether you know which place is this.I said no as this place was new, now I'm coming to know after looking into maps and in uber bill.
Once I said that I dont know the navigation from here, he started to exploiting me.I told him to use your uber maps. He said its giving wrong navigation in my phone and told me to use my maps.At night 10:30 PM my mobile battery completely drain off and than I was helpless in front of him.I suggested him to ask someone(outside some person) if you dont know the address.He is than asking me can you go outside and ask some one.I told you wont have to go outside just slide down the window and ask people, than the real acting started .He started to pretend that I'm not understanding your English.Having no clue left in my hand I thought to show some courage and give the navigation to driver, in this way I manage to come till anna nager, than I said from here do you know that address to velacherry.He said I went 1000 times from this road but I dont know where is velacherry 100 feet road and he stopped the car for the 3 time.I asked when you went form this place 1000 times than why you are not going.He replied you have to go home so you have to tell me the address and the discussion went on and on.While the discussion or argument(you can say) was going on he told if you dont like you can drop off over here(he thought that at night 10.30PM, I will not get any thing so let loot this guy).I said ok just stop the meter.He was not ready to stop the mobile app meter and interested in the argument.I forcefully told to stop the meter and given him 204 rupees for 6.37Km and the disatance was from Thiruvanmiyur signal to anna nager. Luckily I saw a BUs Number M70 comming from another side and I took that bus and reached till Muragan Kalyan Manadapam(my destination) .
From My experience I can say Uber cab is very unsafe for all the people who are going alone .Girls should never use uber facility specially in night times, its highly unsafe.Attached bill for reference.
