UBER is an good Cab service provider, but it have some limitations also.
I have some personal experience about UBER, there are many times I used UBER to travel in different places, but I have noticed that most of their driver's got some trouble to follow their GPS,
And at me last ride with UBER, I booked an uber GO ride for me and my mom at Bala sahib gurudwara ( bhagwaan nagar) , and the cab shows 10-15 minutes estimate time, but drives can't be reach us even in 20-25 minutes, and when I called him, he said to me that their is know way to get the location of Bala sahib gurudwara, and he's told me to cancel my ride even I have don't do any fault,
I gives a exactly right location, but driver told me that he didn't get the location, even with the GPS, and he said me that I have to go on their location, or cancel the ride,
I will tried for cancellation also but now it shows that if I cancel the ride then uber will add 60rs. In my next uber ride, I don't like that thing because I didn't take any mistake.
