I have an year of experience in uber cabs and uber services although the company said that its a technology based company, but the major fact is if it is a technology company then why the company hire uneducated people who even dont know how to use smartphone, I m not saying anything about india and indian uneducated people. But I just want to say that there is a company who just using the uneducated people over here, the fact is there is a driver who becomes a partner of uber and uber declared that he just deduct the 20% from the total income, but actually it is not. Because uber deduct the total 40% amount from the total payment+ incentives amount that should be credited to the drivers account but almost the driver can not understand that how much amount he will get weekly or monthly whatever, and he trying to call the call centre but after a long time it will connect because it's not tollfree. So again a driver has to pay for them, after that he will get resolution but its only applicable for those who even dont know that how to get incentive's, my one of the best friend who left the uber company and started an NGO called ruler education and development, he always try to support the uneducated people and he told me everything even I have an uber company experiance somehow but these type of things should be little bit change if you want as per the business concern then try to provide the employment with the combination of eductions so that in future it might be possible that uber company have there own technology institute or school who educate the others by the technology or related things. So mainly I just want to disclose that if drivers properly earn then please once you have to understand the fact of pay cycle. That how uber pay's you. Because somewhere you will get your payment by your pocket. There is no logic I think and for business purpose development is the most factor always, but manipulating never.
