My trip was assigned from to Chennai Central Station at 3.59PM on Sep 15. Driver arrived and when I tried to get in he asked where drop is and if it is via PayTM he would not take it. He would cancel the trip. He waited at my place and preaching on why he did nt like PayTM. He cancelled the trip and asked me to book another trip. I booked again and assigned again to same driver, after 5 mins he again cancelled. I was charged twice, Rs 30+30 for the driver's unprofessional and rude behavior, The way he talked, i was not even feel comfortable to ride in the car as a single female passenger
I had to arrange for an alternate commute, and top of it I am paying for the driver's unprofessional and rude behavior.
When I reported to CSR, the reply quoted some Cancellation Fee policy and close the issue. I again opened and added more comments, again same.
Wake up Uber, if you lose customers, u lose business. A very bad customer experience
