I feel this review is:
Uber is useless service because
Always charging higher rates(2X, 3X and even more) then its competitor OLA at the same time in a day(so called peak hours)
Disables user account without any warning or giving reasons on why account has been disabled.
Suspends user account without intimating and people keep wondering why in hell app is not working.and even does tell that account has been suspended.
Support team responds harshly to your queries as if they are the only one in market in this business and most of the time says that they can't help in what are you asking for.
All of above are coming from my personal experience. thanks!
