Cheapest as compared to other operators
Good amount of taxis on road
Great customer support
Good cab condition
Good and trained taxi drivers
Now as above I wanted to say that uber do not have many options as u get in ola but have anyone used all options available in ola? Ans is no. We dont require all those. Uber mainly provides three options of cab like ubergo, uberx and ubersuv which are sufficient for users.
Also integration with paytm helps user in great deed. Charges are also very less as compared to ola.
I would recommend uber to everyone.
Infact I always book uber for my mom who stay in nagpur from noida where I stay
