It's been over 6 months that I have been using uber cabs as daily transportation for home to office and back home. Car quality, drivers and app is very user friendly. I need not worry at all about cab availability as there are plenty of them in Delhi ncr region and best part is drivers are well educated to navigate and reach at pick up point with very less guidance involved. 8/10 drivers are courteous, know the route else know how to use Google maps and ensure that you have a good trip. Pay tm wallet is an add on advantage as it's hassle free travel and motivates passengers to use it with regular promotional offers and encourage towards cashless travel.
