I would like to share my recent experience with UBER which was pathetic. After booking the cab driver reached my home on time but he took very long way to reach the destination without informing us. We were going to board the train but because of his unavoidable step we continued on the same path which he started and when we started asked him the reason he told traffic would be less but his words were completely contradict the situation.
We tried to call the customer care but there is no service or number available on UBER App.
