I often use Uber Moto to reach my office from Metro. I use Uber app to book bike service primarily because of its comparitively low price. It offers me a ride at just 15/- ( my office is approx 2 Km from the nearest metro) , sometimes I also enjoy a free ride when I refer someone to use this app.
However, I am also little bit disappointed due to some bugs in the app, e.g, I booked a ride which ETA is 5 Min, as I'm able to trace the driver I see ETA comes down to 3Min now. But, irony is that the driver reaches you and wait for you and the app shows ETA is 5 Min again. Is it not funny, is it?
Second point to worry about is when you want to cancel the ride due to xyz reasons and app threatens you by showing that you will be charged with this ride amount on your next ride.
But, as it is cheaper so still it is useful and worth to ride.
