Booked a cab at around 6:45 pm

-10 minutes later I get a call from the driver asking for pick up location.
-While I wait at the pick up location, dthe driver passes right in front of me without even looking for me
-I immediately call the driver, he then asks me to wait for 5 min
-15 minutes later the driver calls me and asks me to cancel the ride . to which I refuse
-30 minutes later the driver cancels the ride
