I used to book uber cabs earlier but I didn't like their service. I mean it's not bad always but most of their drivers don't even know how to behave with the customer. Once I booked a cab and I was in hurry, driver accepted the request and he didn't pick the call for 10-15 minutes, after that somehow he picked it up and said that the tyre of his car has been punctured and asked me to cancel and book again. So did I and again same happened to me, the another driver told me that his car has got some problem and then I cancelled and booked another cab.
Their customer service is also not good. Even the worst thing that I feel is that only driver has the control to start the trip and to end the trip. We need to keep an eye on that if the driver has cancelled the trip once you are deboarding the cab. I had 2 free rides of Rs 600 and Rs 300 as I referred some of my friends and I booked the cab and after the trip they asked me to pay Rs 410 and free rides got cancelled automatically. I'm not satisfied with their service and also in the peak time they use to increase their face by double or triple or even more.
