Today I want to share my experience with you. I had registered on uber and also installed the app.initially it said no cabs available but after trying again it showed a cab available. I Booked it immediately.it said that it will be 10 minutes away and was accurate.Its positive points are: -1. Getting a cab at time when nothing is available.2. Prompt arrival, good vehicle and courteous driver.3. Easy booking and billing process.Things I dislike about uber is: -1. Expensive: - cost of ride was rs554 for 16 km 1.5 hour journey where regular cab charge RS 300.2.since I was charged on time basis, the route preference was important.cab driver took a route which always has traffic at peak hour. When I give suggestions about that he ignored it which makes me wonder if this is slightly deliberate to earn more money.3. Few cabs of uber has meter within it.
