Uber is the biggest cab provider in the world. It is also now available in my city ahmedabad is well. And the best part of that cab service is discounts and rates they provides. And the cab condition in that cab service is the best than others.
Your cab will be sticker free so will experience the cab as your personal car. However some problems occured with uber entering in india.
As supreme court denied this can service to use only credit card as payment option. Because any service provider can not authenticate payment directly without entering pin or otp as well. And because of giving only credit card option initially it was not popular.
But now the picture has been changed they accept money through paytm wallet and cash as well. This is the best innovation in that cab service. The app is really good and user friendly and you can book your uber go and uberx cabs starting from just 7/km.
So they are providing the best per km rates. Where other cabs provide 12/km. And the minimum fees of uber is also very law than others. So you will get the more cheaper ride than any cabs. The referral program they run is very awesome. You will get 1 free ride for each referral and one free ride to whom you refer. So uber is always there to give you exciting offers. The chauffeur they selected in my city are very intelligent and knows all the routes very well. And also knows how to use google maps.
They are polite and customer friendly most of the time. The cabs are cool every time with airconditioner. I love to travel on uber cabs. The backend supprt of uber is weak. They do not have any instant customer care number and only respond to mail. They also disabled my sisters account. One day mistakenly I logged in my account into my sister's handset and to my surprise my sister's account was disabled.
When I mailed uber cab they only say one thing that only one account should be used in a mobile. I shared them all the details but they do not listen to me anytime. Now my sister's handset is not accessable to any of uber account. So they should filter all the related issue. But for the cab service it is the best in class and city.
