Uber is one of the worthless cab service which I have ever preferred in my lifetime.Uber is one of the biggest company in the world, but it does not maintain its services as per its standard.Uber does not care about the comfort of their customers but their only motto is to earn more and more profit as much they can.Their cab service is pathetic.Sometimes they increases price in different occasions.Uber uses automated system to increase prices based on demand and supply, Sometimes the prices can be very high which could not be affordable.Sometimes due to unavailability of taxi or any other reasons, driver cancels the trip.This causes disruptions to a plan of a passenger and If the driver cancels the trip for any reason, the passenger is charged rs 50 as cancellation charges in his next trip which is really very annoying and frustrating.Some of the limitations of Uber Cabs are as follows.
1) .Fare - Uber charges high fares for even small rides, Once I booked uber for a distance of 1km and was charged Rs100.Which was too heavy on my pocket.
2) .Uber does not maintain proper hygeine.There cab are not well maintained and equipped, they always provides smelly cabs to their customers, they also uses damaged cars for the rides.
3) .There drivers are not professionals and well disciplined, Sometimes they behaves very rudely and harshly with their customers.
4) .While booking a book they does not shows the exact arrival time of the cab.If it is shown that the cab will arrive in 5min, it will take more than 5 min for the cab to arrive.
5) .They offers different taxi while they showes different one while booking.If it is shown that you will ride in toyota innova in place of that they offers you ertiga car.
6) .I strictly recommend not to trust Uber and never book any ride.
