Uber has looted me by levying Rs 100 U.P. tax which is never charged when coming from Delhi to UP. They are not providing any receipt on demand and neither refunding the amount. Moreover the estimate run for this trip was much lower than the overall charge. I have had so many mail exchanges with them but they have been goofing around from many days.Refer to bill attached.

What is this 128 amount?
As far as I know Rs28 is DND toll tax how the hell you added 100 rs to toll on your behalf?
Anyway when I enquired for a fare estimate for this route in results I got Rs 220 - 250 how the hell the bill shot up 2 times the estimate?
Correct my bill.
Infact I cant even access my app now.you want me to delete the app from my phone forever? and use other options like ola in future?

I certainly understand your concern here.
State toll tax is paid online, hence we will not be able to provide a receipt for the same. However, I assure you that the amount is being paid to the government.
