Yesterday only, While coming from Office, I booked an Uber Cab and driver also confirm the booking by accepting the booking. I was waiting for the cab after 15 minutes suddenly message come "The booking is cancelled by driver" again I booked Uber Cab, and the same incident happened after 20 minutes.
Being a girl it is not safe to wait outside in road, then I hired one Auto and finally reached home. I also put a complaint against the driver and their service but till the time I have not received any call/email.
In case, if you cancelled the ride then traveler(Client) pay the punishment amount, same should happen with Driver also and Traveller should get that benefit.
My experience with Uber is bad and try to avoid travelling through Uber.
