When I booked the Uber cab by the number 9871525232 from North Avenue to Meera Kunj, I was so surprised and amazed by the fact that the cab doesnt have PANIC button in it and to my surprize the UBER cab driver too was not aware of the PANIC button for the safety of the girls.
When I asked him why he dont have PANIC button in the cab he said that he dont know about any such button or things.
The significant rise in the crime against women in Taxis and Cabs are well known to everyone and The PANIC button was issued in regard to make the women safe destined to Her place without any fear.
THis is the Reality of the Cabs service in India despite of several efforts made by the Indian Government.
