Uber cabs is one of the major cab providers in the india and across the world. But it is a little bit of costly.
I had used uber cabs few months back. I had booked the cab from my home to the airport. The cab came very late from its schedule. The driver did not know the correct route due to which I got late very much and I missed my flight.
There was a heated arguement between me and the driver regarding the charges. I refused to pay him because I had missed the flight. I had talked to his superiors after which I got my problem soved. Overall it is not a good cab service l. I am giving one out of the five stars to the uber cabs.
