Though the life has become easy as cabs are availavle after clicking on your mobile, but still services provided by Uber are not up to the mark. I had a bad experience few days back. I booked the Cab from JLN road Jaipur n boarded with two of my friends. I was supposed to drop them, but since we could not find exact destination on Map, we mentioned a place which was 2-3 km before our destination. It was 1 am at night. Cab driver dropped us at that point by saying that cab was booked till that place only. We tried to convince him, but he did not agree. What if someone is not able to locate the exact location on map? This kind of unprofessional and inhuman behaviour is not accetable by a leading Cab services provider company.
