Uber one of the wrost cabs I have experinced. it is a foreign company facing so many hurdles in india. recently it is banned in delhi and its app interface is very bad no coustemer care they don't respond our calls. in their their is no option for applying coupons which create a lot of mess for the coustemers. the uiux of the application is really very bad. payments is also not good. if you want to create headache then once try uber
