Uber had become one of the most convinient transport for everybody in commuting from place to place especially in the summers! It also used to give offers and promos which did not pinch in the pocket! But day by day by its increasing popularity they have become proud of themselves and do not value there customers!
I had referred my friend around 2 months back and she was not able to take a ride due to which my 3 rides of Rs 50 are pending! When she complained they told that it was a technical glitch and they were working on it since 2 months! I took a jio number and when I wanted to create a new account on my new phone they did not allow me to register. Even after complaining their is no response from their side.
I stay in a complex Few drivers are good but some of them are so bad that they cancel the rides when they see that they have to come so far. And when we do not take a ride for a few days they deactivate the account or blocks the usage of promo codes giving lame reasons! They will mark you as the culprit any time and you will have to pay a higher price. Moreover you cannot rely on them if you want an urgent trip because you will not know when they will mark you as a spam!
Even after several complains their is no response. I even wrote on playstore where most developers give their comments to keep the customers happy but not uber because they just know one thing to say that they cannot help!
Although they give promos to few accounts but you need to be a regular user for that. And especailly after the updates they become even more poor!
I dont think uber is a convinient option now after a chaos in almost all trips and other cabs are atleast giving better customer support if not offers!
