The guy who takes my interview does not possess any technical skills. Asked nonsense questions. Plus once you enter the office, you will feel negative vibes. Heard a lot that the company is full of biased people(Malayalis and Tamilians). I guess its good for Kerala and Tamil Nadu people. Personal advice please don't join.
Everyone is either Malayali or Tamilian. From security guard to Hr.
Waste of time.
Other MNCs are way much better in terms of diversity.
If you are serious about your career and if you are not a Malayali or tamalian, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This company is not a good choice for you.
