I will share my experience about UCO bank. I have reraly to see the uco bank branch in durg city. There is only one branch is near our colleage bit. The branch is very small and the infrastructure is very small and poor condition. The uco bank has even not his own building. There service and support is very poor, because there availability is only available in few location only. Uco bank service is slower compare to other bank. The phone banking is activated by branch only, not activated by himself. The atm availability was very poor, there are only 1 or 2 atm is available in durg city also and there atm machine was not touch screen, old buttoon type atm was available. The internet bank is nice, and the transfer from other bank also which was free, this is very nice facility by uco bank. The customer care number is not pick up quickly, the waiting time is very much and sometime call not not attended by customer care executive.
