I had opened my UCO savings account few months ago . Nearly of  my house a new UCO branch opened . I have gain experienced with UCO bank service good & bad both .


Staff of branch:- Branches staffs are fast in work . I don't need wait more time in Bank . It help me to save my time . Till all staffs of the branch behave friendly . They help me with their level best .


ATM facility:- Yes it is right that, UCO bank don't have enough ATM counter in West Bengal . But, one ATM counter is attached with this branch & another ATM counter of UCO is few away from my house . So, I don't face any problem . But, UCO bank must increase their ATM counter . It is because, when I will out from my house for work like any tour I may face trouble for less ATM counter . Another negative things is that maximum time UCO ATM counter out of service because of money not sufficient . UCO should take care in this point .


Good Point:- 1) They charge only 57/- as ATM maintain in a year . I think this charge very less as other bank change more than 100/- .


2) They only charge 12 paisa for per sms . But, other charge more . Other bank don't depend upon number of sms sent, they changed monthly fixed amount .So, this facility save our money .


Customer service:- Their toll free customer care is helpful . Few times I had contacted with their customer service, they help me properly with good information . They behave friendly .


But, very recently, sometimes I was unable to contact with them even also in working hours . After dialing their no, for long time it say please wait while we are connecting with our next executive . It provides only two languages know executive English & Hindi . I can't talk with them in my mother tongue Bengali . If UCO start more languages know CSA, it will more helpful for customers .


Online Transactions Issue:- UCO provide me Rupay debit  card  while I have applied for Visa Debit Card . During online transaction, few time my transaction was unsuccessful . It show an error for UCO Rupay Card .


Passbook:- In front page of my passbook, there have not written all details properly . Like Customer ID, MICR, IFSC  . So, I have to write it in hand . UCO don't print transaction in details . So, it is difficult to understand a post transactions, where I had made the transaction . Till now UCO bank not start facility of Green Card Channel & Passbook update machine .


Size of branch is too short . As till in this branch don't have many customers, I don't face any problem . But, when more customer opened account in this branch . It may be trouble for customer as it's short size . UCO bank don't have many branches in West Bengal .


Internet banking service is average quality . It is not too much difficult to understand for new user .


Their another product UCO mPassbook don't work properly sometime . Sometimes, it is unable to update current transactions . That time, I face trouble .


So, UCO is not a lower quality bank . They have provide many good services . But, they should improve more .
