I have applied for home loan from UCO bank, Ashram Road branch.
Bank home loan interest is very low compare to other banks but documents needed are too much and very lenthy process.
Bank staff is good.
There are no processing fees on loan transfer but for valuation report they charge very high upto Rs.6000 and Rs. 1900 for title clearance. I think staff is having commission in this thats why its high. If bank make the process fast then it will be the best bank but really process is very very slow.
I had applied before one and half month but still they are saying more one month will take to complete my loan process. And my loan in not new, already my housing loan is going on with citibank but its interest is very high @ 12.5% and in UCO its 8%. So I have applied for loan transfer then also its too lenghty process.
