I was from car sales background and found good opportunity when I got an opportunity to work with most stupid company called Tyresoles, a tyre retreading company head office in Bombay, part of sah and sanghi group a bakwaas group useless company
I got selected for Hyderabad office as sales head, by useless COO and stupid CEO both kannada speaking persons from karnataka with stupid ideological thoughts both completed 25 yrs service in same company and beleive that what ever they do thats only correct, MD is ok but he is puppet listen and believe what ever these useless CEO and COO says.
For new joinees no training, from day 1 on field, they do lots of policing end of the day where particular sales person went and cross check, always crying on sales team, abusive language, after getting business customer will be forgetted,
Accounts waste, HR doesnot exist, no leaves for new joinees if leave taken then salary cut, no work timings, screw employee happiness, no incentive, no outing nothing total supid company with tuglak management, once employees exit no one will turn up to join, such a waste company is Tyresoles, i suggests and request not to join this stupid and worst company,
