After Gurdas Maan, no other singer's voice has touched my soul as much as Mukesh's did. To select twenty best songs of the best singer of Bollywood is quite a task, and it becomes more difficult knowing the fact that Mukesh has highest percentage of hit songs in Indian Cinema.
Today you can't imagine who else could have sung those songs. It is hard to judge if these songs were written for his great voice, or he was born to sing these songs. While he was great in singing songs of all types, I will be honest to admit that I liked him most when he sung sad songs. It seems that all pain of world has come in one voice. Still in my choice, I have tried to show variety of Mukesh from Tragic, Romantic, Inspirational, Patriotic, and Happy.
