I had an introduction to Rock Music during my college days. And have never looked back since. The guitar riffs, the heavy drumming, screeching vocals, the power of the songs have wooed me to be a rocker forever. And my list is definitely going to feature those very songs that did the trick.

1) Paranoid: Black Sabbath. The vocals of ozzy combined with some great music, was and is a classic.

2) Smoke on the water: Deep Purple

3) Highway Star: Deep Purple; This fast paced song and the superb guitaring midways is a definite topper on my list

4) Child in Time: Deep Purple. Yes 3 tracks by Deep purple feature for me, but this one is the best. It starts of quite slowly, and attains a crescendo as it goes on. The vocals here are just amazing.

5) Hysteria: Deff Leppard This group has delivered some reall good numbers

6) Animal: Deff Leppard

7) Lets get rocked: Deff Leppard

8) Bon Jovi: U give love a bad name; One of his earliest hits, it sure gets you humming .

9) Bonjovi: Keep The faith. This album came in with the new look Bon Jovi. But the music remained as powerful as before.

10) Angelia: Richard Marx: Powerful Rock music here from this guy with an amazing voice. Pure potent stuff.

11) Black dog: Led Zeppelin: Just listen.

13) Cinema: Nazreth: I had this track long ago, and absolutely freaked on it. A great track, which unfortunately I am not able to trace in any record store in India.

14) Who made who: AC/DC Amazing screaming vocals  by this band has me hooked to them even today. This is a fab song

15) Thats the way I wanna Rock n roll: AC/DC: yeah

16) Summer of 69: Bryan Adams. This track is  a classic.

17) Enter sandman: Metallica. This is a mind blowing number

18) wherever I may Roam: Metallica.

19) We will rock you: Queen; This group really rocked us, didnt they. The amazing vocals of Freddy Mercury are a treat.

20) Born to be wild: Steppenwolf This song is just too good to be true. I have the album called Steppenwolf Gold, and that is definitely worth more than its weight in gold.

For many of the songs I haven't commented much. But then, as with most of the good things, you have to listen to these songs to really experience a high. And each will experience this ecstatic sensation his/her own way.

Do feel free to comment on this review. Dharma(Venchasa), am definitely waiting for your comments. Your insight on music is amazing pal.
