Well help me out on this.
I am planning to get my first car after endless years of Biking ;-)
My initial choices were zen Lxi & santro xing erlx (XL)..basically car with power steering is what I was looking for.
Wagon R was ruled out because its looks were not too appealing (according to some people who matter a bit too much to me in life)..
Swift was ruled out thanks to few of my friends who are complaining about its poor mileage (around 10km/l in city)
So it boiled down to Zen vs Xing...
Zen however is no longer available...with most of the dealers in Delhi.
Finally what remained was Xing !! But my main reason for considering Zen was mileage and this is where Xing fares poorly..so I was suggested to come down to alto lxi....
so now I am a confused lot..
Alto will help me save around 50k investment to start with and give better mileage. But after paying around 3 lacs its still not giving me the Classy look..and its almost like M-800 now.
Xing is otherwise the best bet except if I consider the reviews etc which say its high on maintenance and its poor mileage.
Looking for some clarity :-)
