Tuli Imperial is another disaster in the Tuli chain of hotels. I have absolutely no clue how they do business, whatever they do is a disaster. I am very fond of eating and hanging out in different places. A month ago, I went to Tuli Imperial for a cup of coffee with a friend of mine.
We both ordered coffee and asked the attendant to make it super strong and piping hot. As we go around different places I know for sure that in restaurant or coffee shops until you ask them specifically to make the coffee piping hot they get you warm coffee which you can actually gulp.
Now after 15 minutes the coffee arrived and as soon as the attendant started pouring the coffee I told the attendant that he burnt the milk and I can smell it, to which he replied no sir, it's not burnt. I kept quite and had a sip and that confirmed that the milk was burnt.
My friend also agreed that the milk was burnt but the attendant was not ready to believe. I asked him to replace the pot. That guy instead of replacing the pot he called the manager and the manager had the audacity to tell us that strong and piping hot coffee smells little burnt usually. We were amazed and we walked out of that place. This was not the first incident at Tuli Imperial and that time they served us overcooked chicken.
