I went to watch Tubelight movie today 26th June at Inox Forum Elgin Road at 10.30 am at 220rs ticket.
I was very excited to watch the movie but the movie disappointed me alot. It is not at all a Salman Khan type movie. Tubelight is from the producer Kabir Khan who has given us a fantastic movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan but this time with Tubelight he fails to keep up to people's hopes.
The movie is based on 1962 Indo China war.
Tubelight is the story of two brothers Salman and Sohail Khan. Sohail khan is a soldier recruited in the army for Indo China War.
Salman Khan is called Tubelight in the movie whose actual name is Laxman. He is mentally challenged. Sohail Khan disappears in the war and Salman sets to find him.
Salman looks good in thr knitted sweater and the way he gives out the dialogue Mujhe Yakeen Hain leaves everyone emotionally touched.
Music by Pritam is good.
The movie lacks substance and has a weak story. The scenes depicts falseness and Salman's overacting is depicted in many scenes. Salman is imitating others in the movie and it doesnt suit him.
