You would be much better off, getting the seva tickets or accommodation facilities if you have made the efforts to book online at least 3 months in advance and most importantly at 12:05-12:15am, soon after midnight.
Soon after midnight only seva tickets are released for the benefit of online booking; but the quantity is hopelessly small.specially for the rarest of the rare sevas like Archana or Abhishekam.which may take ages literally decades to get a ticket via the normal process of booking .
But one must be prepared with high speed internet connectivity and must be able to refresh the pages for you to keep trying your luck to really gain the benefit.indeed during 2004, its very easy to get Suprabhatam tickets.but now they are hard to come by.for the booking.
Now the site is best used for booking the accommodation( Ram Bagicha), Sevas( predominantly Kalyaonstavams, some times Nijapada Darsanam) and of course definitely to donate the amounts.
Website must be redesigned with user friendly features and upload of the content; Support is near non-existent. No one even bothers to respond to the emails or any mode of communication, unfortunately.
Its high time TTD does invest some budget to revamp and renergise the website of services
