After receiving a call from Truebil about a Free Ad with Pictures, I got my car evaluated and advertised on their website. In no time, I received an SMS stating that their "trusted algorithm" recommends I reduce the price by more than a lakh, mind you after my car was thoroughly checked and evaluated by one of their professionals! Their website also showed a list of so called "interested and genuine buyers" whose mobile numbers were hidden. To get this information, I was asked to pay 999 Rupees. Upon paying this sum and calling the "interested and genuine buyers", I realized that not a single one was genuine. They were all fake. I then got another SMS saying their "trusted algorithm" recommends reducing the price once again by more than a lakh. Meanwhile, I also received calls directly from Truebil offering ridiculously and insultingly low prices. They would also play games by saying they would call again in half an hour, but nobody would and upon calling the mobile number provided, it would remain intentionally unanswered.
Avoid this company like the plague if you are planning to sell your car.
