I purchased the second Car from Turebil Madavpur Hyderabad on 14 July 2023. I don't know the driving; hence the home drop has been arranged by Truebil. But while reaching home, the assigned driver pushed the lower side of the car on a big stone. Then I complained about the same thing on the same date to the sales manager(Rahman), and then the sales manager asked me to send back the car to Truebil, and in the meantime, the driver has temporarily fixed the issue and informed Rahman.
While I went outside with my car, I observed that there was a sound coming while the car was being driven in reverse. I have raised this issue with Rahman again, and he has raised the complaint for this issue too. After some hours, I got a call from Jaganarth about assigning a driver for pick-up, but due to heavy weather and roadblocks, I requested that to assign this during the weekend( either on 21st or 2nd July) but he didn't call me, so I have to request it back to Rahman again to raise a complaint for my ongoing issues on Tuesday or Wednesday.
After that, the driver came to take my car for servicing on Thursday. I met with Manohar there, whom I told all the problems to, and he asked me to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to check all the issues. and after 40 minutes, he has noted down all the issues and taken my number to inform me once the problem is resolved.
This morning at around 11 AM I called Manohar to check the status of my car, and he informed me he would let me know after 12 oclock. Then again, I called him to know the status around 12:30 PM and got the information that my problem had been resolved. A drop has been assigned at my Home.
But.
No issue has been resolved. There will be a small sound during the reverse driving, as confirmed by Manohar, and he confirmed that to calling me back after checking with Jagarnath, which I haven't received yet.
My First complaint is that Jagarnath never answers the call(986696XXXX) when I do on his cell phone, and my second problem is that my fuel is only getting burned without resolving my issues.
I will appreciate it if my issue is resolved as a top priority.
The customer doesn't buy the car to visit the service center or Truebil hub, so put yourself in the customer's shoes and help them without harassing them.
their customer service support team is also not responding to my emails.
