I’m contacting to true bill company staff for last 15 days and they still not able to give me reply about my RC. They are keeping giving time of 12-24 hours and still not giving any information about my query. It’s my worst experience with the true bill company totally west of money and time too.
I was facing the problem in the gear box and engine too. I went to them and they sent me to the their dealer and he told me different problem and asking much more money from me. They don’t know how to deal with their customer. I’m really disappointed somehow bought card from them and I took loan to buy the ?? car it’s totally west of money ??.
I bought the car 4 months ago and suddenly my car battery got damaged even it was in warranty period and they did not give any documents about the warranty and they told me they mail me the all
Documents.
