We shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Feb 28th. They never picked our calls ever after thw payment was done. The car was delivered after 9 days in a very bad condition. The car sounded like an autorickshaw. We had taken a full service before we handed over the keys to these guys. They took insurance amount from us. One of our office tables was broken. The kind of tension we went through when these guys didnt answer our calls was unexplainable. Terrible service from the guy named Aman. A guy Vinod he never picked our call. Both were irresponsible. They said our items will go in a separate truck but we came to know from the driver there was another family's stuff as well. We paid 54, 000 rs for moving our stuff. Terrible experience. Will never ever recommend your service Trueway. Your approach isnt true.
